At Lanchester, all children have the opportunity to eat a hot meal together every lunchtime. This gives them a chance to have a healthy, tasty meal as well as spending time with their classmates and other children in the Lanchester Community.

School meals are provided by Hertfordshire Catering. Please see our menu below.

Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a free school meal. We encourage the children in these year groups to have a school provided meal provided by Herts Catering and funded by the government. Some children from Year 3 to Year 6 are eligible for free school meals. Details can be obtained from the School Office.

Children are also able to bring in a healthy packed lunch ensuring that it doesn't contain any nuts as we are a nut free school.
