121 Learning Support Practitioner - Fixed Term Contract - 6 months 

20 hours Monday-Friday - Specific Timetable TBC

The principal focus of the job is to support a vulnerable pupil with special or additional educational needs.

This requires the post holder to be able to adapt to the specific needs of a pupil with SEMH (social, emotional, mental health) needs.

Lanchester Community Free School is at an exciting point on its journey to “a better future”. We are based in a listed building close to the Watford town centre and are expanding each year by an additional cohort.

In September we will take on a further 60 new children, making a total of 293+ pupils, increasing year on year until we reach our capacity of 420 pupils.
